Our Fun Little Get-Together

We just love our friends from Stanford Place and our old neighborhood.  A few of us got together Saturday night at the Lewis's house, and everyone has an extra kid!  The pictures explain how much we love each other!

Two Little Elves at Work

These are some pictures of our little Madeline and her BFF Jensen doing a little sewing together.  I drew simple shapes on pieces of paper, unthreaded the machine, and taught them how to use the presser foot, manual turny-thingy, and the reverse button.  This is how my mom taught me when I was young.  They used the low gear to prevent possible (probable) finger-injuries.  Madeline was thrilled to show off her new skills to whoever came to our door!

Briant & Kensington

When Briant came over to play last week, he and Kensington spent some quality time together.  I thought they were both being so cute.  Kensington had dumped the water from her sippy cup into the tray of the cash register.  She enjoyed licking it like a dog.  And Briant thought the scanner was a phone!  Cute little squirts.
